Master Wheeler has trained in the Filipino Martial Arts since 1985, first being exposed to Modern Arnis (Professor Remy Presas) and others, and later his current Instructor Grand Master Jeff Owens who exposed him to the Balintawak system. After training with GM J. Owens for several years, Double Dragon Modern Arnis/Balintawak was born.
